Kyle Brundage is living his dream, smoking meat and serving bbq from his customized food truck. “This truck was a long time in the making,” says Kyle. It’s a dream that started in Morris when Kyle was considering a career change. “I’ve always loved cooking, preparing food, and my wife Katia and I saw an opportunity to bring new flavors to events in the area.”

Blowin’ Smoke will be serving pulled pork sandwiches, brisket, smoked meatloaf, and smoked chicken at the Starbuck Vintage & Artisan Market. They’ll also be serving several sides: potato salad, potato chips, homemade coleslaw, and baked beans. "We want people to leave our truck with a satisfied stomach," Kyle laughs. "And that starts with smoked meats and fresh ingredients."

The 4th Annual Starbuck Vintage & Artisan Market will be held on the shores of Lake Minnewaska in Starbuck’s City Park. Find artisans, vintage merchants, and food vendors on Friday, August 1st from 4-8 PM and Saturday, August 2nd from 9 AM-4 PM with the Lake Minnewaska Classic Car Show on Saturday from 10 AM-2 PM.
