The weather might be hot, but the ice cream will be delicious at Starbuck City Park! Just Chillin’, a Morris food truck, will be serving 12 varieties of Bridgeman’s ice cream, a premium ice cream with flavors like blueberry cheesecake, birthday cake, praline pecan, cherry nut, and wolf tracks at the Starbuck Vintage & Artisan Market.

Just Chillin’s ice cream comes from Bridgeman’s—a family-owned Minnesota shop that uses fresh milk and cream, fruits and nuts, cocoas and dark chocolates, and caramel and candies. The line of ice creams has been chosen as Best ice Cream/Dessert in Woodbury for three consecutive years.

The food truck, new to the Starbuck Market this year, will also be serving iced and hot coffee, with a full barista’s menu. Caffeine or sweets—you’ll be covered.

If you find yourself hungry in Morris, Just Chillin’ is open in downtown in the spring and summer, Monday-Saturday, from 10 am – 10 pm. Their storefront features hot food like their beef brisket sandwich, appetizers, hot and iced coffees and, of course, their delicious ice cream. The 4th Annual Starbuck Vintage & Artisan Market will be held on the shores of Lake Minnewaska in Starbuck’s City Park. Find artisans, vintage merchants, and food vendors on Friday, August 1st from 4-8 PM and Saturday, August 2nd from 9 AM-4 PM with the Lake Minnewaska Classic Car Show on Saturday from 10 AM-2 PM.
