It’s soft, it’s cute, it’s bright, and it’s perfect for a quick snuggle! Lisa Shepersky returns to the market this year with her adorable crochet plushies. She has plushies in all varieties and sizes, from a large tan giraffe to a bright pink unicorn with curly, teal hair. The biggest stuffies are about two feet long, down to a small figure meant to fit on your keychain. She has little ducks, chickens, Corgis, seals, and sea turtles.
“I change it up all the time so I’m never sure exactly what plushies I’ll have with me,” Lisa says. The variety is part of the fun, with new and whimsical animals taking shape under her fingers. She’s also branched out from animals—creating a s’more, for example, complete with big eyes and a fanciful smile.
Lisa, who learned crocheting from her grandmother and mother, is now passing down the handicraft art to her daughter, who will be bringing her own beaded keychains at this year’s market. You can follow Lisa on TikTok, where she debuts new creations. She also maintains Facebook and Instagram pages.
