Tacos, Burritos, and the Spice of Life

Mi Mexico will be bringing their food truck to the Starbuck Vintage & Artisan Market for the first time this year, with full meals, drinks, and tasty sides on the menu. The family-owned business opened their storefront in Morris in 2007 and have added two food trucks, bringing their delicious options to area county fairs, town celebrations, and artisan markets.

One of their food truck specialties is Quesabirria, a combination of a quesadilla and a birria taco. The slow-cooked, shredded meat is encased in a corn tortilla and topped with melted cheese, onions, cilantro, and their homemade sauce—though the toppings are optional.

The Morris restaurant, at 618 Atlantic Ave, is open Monday-Saturday 11 am- 10 pm and features a full menu and bar.

The 4th Annual Starbuck Vintage & Artisan Market will be held on the shores of Lake Minnewaska in Starbuck’s City Park. Find artisans, vintage merchants, and food vendors on Friday, August 1st from 4-8 PM and Saturday, August 2nd from 9 AM-4 PM with the Lake Minnewaska Classic Car Show on Saturday from 10 AM-2 PM.
